Process Improvement Analyst

Overview of Position
The Process Improvement Analyst serves as a consultant by evaluating, planning, and implementing business process enhancements.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
  • Evaluate and research effectiveness of business operations, offer recommendations and implement process improvements to optimize efficiencies and reduce costs.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews of process improvements or controls to ensure effectiveness or enhance accordingly, while tracking alignment to projected savings or other benefits.
  • Provide ongoing support to manage service transfer requests by evaluating the service transfer process to identify improvements.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to understand service transfer requirements and ensure all requirements are fully documented.
  • Develop and maintain process flows, procedures, standards, technology requirements, training and job aids related to service transfers.
  • Organize and facilitate collaborative discussions with various parties to develop and/or update process flows for new and existing operations, creating a baseline of best practices that can be utilized across related programs and ensure consistency.
  • Proactively identify opportunities in processes and work to lead development of solutions and resolution to improve efficiency.
  • Serve as a consultant to various stakeholders in the business or organization, assisting with evaluating, planning, and implementing improvements in business processes and practices.
  • Development and ongoing maintenance of reports and documentation to support process improvement activities.


What are the requirements needed for this position?
  • 3 years of professional experience in process improvement, analytics and/or reporting within the insurance tracking and processing environment
  • Experience in the fields of insurance and mortgage servicing.
  • Experience in analyzing data and making strong recommendations based on findings for process improvements.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Power BI
  • Working knowledge and experience using SSP


Other Requirements:
  • Experience with prioritizing tasks with shifting deadlines, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and working independently while still meeting objectives.
  • Experienced in visualization techniques including visual story telling with data and understanding of business needs and processes.
  • Experience in effective and compelling communication to internal and external business partners.


What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
  • Six Sigma Methodology training
  • Experience in Tableau, SQL, Visio, Co-Pilot

Pay Range:
$64,900.00 - $108,200.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
