Full Job Description
Overview :
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or similar manufacturing environments, with hands-on experience working with torque tools.
  • This position is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through the implementation, validation, sustaining, and troubleshooting of production processes and equipment, with a strong focus on torque tools and vision systems.
  • The Process Engineer will work hands-on within the manufacturing environment to ensure torque requirements are consistently achieved, support the implementation and ongoing performance of torque tooling, and troubleshoot process or equipment issues impacting production.
  • The role will also support vision systems used within manufacturing processes, requiring a practical understanding of how these systems operate and how environmental conditions, particularly changes in lighting, can affect their performance and reliability.
  • The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with strong technical foundations, a high level of curiosity, and a genuine willingness to learn and teach others.
  • This individual should be comfortable investigating problems with limited guidance, learning new processes and technologies, and sharing that knowledge across the team.

Key Responsibilities :

Torque Tools & Process Control
  • Support the implementation and sustaining of torque tools within manufacturing operations.
  • Measure and validate torque to ensure defined process requirements are consistently achieved.
  • Troubleshoot torque tooling and process issues impacting production.
  • Investigate process deviations and identify potential root causes.
  • Support ongoing process reliability and production readiness.

Vision Systems
  • Support and troubleshoot vision systems used within manufacturing processes.
  • Understand how lighting and other environmental conditions can impact vision system performance.
  • Investigate inconsistent vision results and identify factors affecting system reliability.
  • Support adjustments and improvements required to maintain stable vision processes.

Equipment Implementation & Production Readiness
