Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Process Engineer (R1-R4) to ensure a safe and compliant working environment by rigorously following safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety. Actively participate in safety initiatives, oversee the safe design and operation of equipment, and serve as a technical expert within the process team. Implement and monitor control systems and lead the resolution of complex technical issues. Apply formal problem-solving methods, respond to customer needs, provide guidance to technicians, and manage equipment maintenance strategies. Implement corrective actions, support commissioning activities, develop project scopes for capital investments, and serve as a liaison for both local and larger-scale projects. #LI-DNI
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, related engineering field, and 6 months of experience with developing process automation solutions. Experience must include a minimum of: 6 months of experience with implementing pharmaceutical manufacturing processes; 6 months of experience with analyzing supplier performance and inventory data using SAP; 6 months of experience with presenting regular metrics on manufacturing KPIs; 6 months of experience with supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations and project initiatives; and 6 months of experience JMP and Statistica. Up to 10% domestic and international travel is required. #LI-DNI

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$85,467.00 - $98,287.05 per year
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
