The Opportunity

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Hitachi Energy is seeking a Process Optimization Engineer to join our team during off-shift hours. In this role, you'll be a key contributor to improving operational efficiency, driving Lean initiatives, and supporting cross-functional teams across production, maintenance, quality, and more.

You'll work hands-on to analyze operations, develop smarter processes, and ensure our systems run smoothly and safely. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You'll Make an Impact
