Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of molding processes, equipment, materials, and tooling.
• Expertise in project management related to process improvement and innovation.
• Strong reactive and adaptive skills to operational situations and personnel.
• Proactive in identifying and addressing operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maximizing plant production, safety, and quality assurance.
• Drive development and implementation of SPC systems alongside evaluating material advancements.
• Maintain and update preventative maintenance for molds and injection molding machines.
• Focus on improving existing processes and support mold and equipment repairs.
• Provide technical support to ensure safety, productivity, and quality performance.
• Evaluate components for new products and oversee new mold and equipment installations.
• Coordinate Pro-T-Con activities to enhance processes and equipment in the plant.
• Develop standard operating procedures for molding machines and related equipment.
