Minimum 2 years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing or Quality Assurance, especially in Injection Molding Plastics
Knowledge of high-volume manufacturing processes
Desirable certification in manufacturing engineering (AME or SME)
Self-starter capable of working independently or in teams
Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office; experience with SAP and Data Analysis tools is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Monitor and improve machine process, develop work instructions, and train employees
Provide training to process technicians, machine attendants and supervisors on new or modified processes
Provide technical assistance to process technicians and machine attendants
Assist in determining root cause and provide corrective action with customer product complaints
Develop appropriate manufacturing process documentation (work instructions, process setup instructions, and maintenance requirements) for integration into the company's quality system
Validate implemented manufacturing process improvements to ensure desired results and sustainability
Investigate operational problems affecting production in a systematic and methodical manner
Participate in projects that support in reducing downtime and scrap
Communicating closely with management team members regarding all aspects of quality control
Track inventories and order supplies as they are needed

Managing new mold sampling including all documentation. Validating process development efforts and interaction with part quality. Feedback to corporate engineering for follow up as necessary

Requirements:
