Do you have the expertise and passion to optimize wax manufacturing processes, ensuring process stability, product quality, and continuous improvement in a high-performance production environment? Are you excited by the opportunity to lead wax process innovation, troubleshooting process challenges, and partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance wax operations and performance?

At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Process Engineer to join our team in Groton, CT.

The working hours for this role are 40 hours a week.

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Process Engineer to enhance and optimize critical wax manufacturing processes, including injection, pattern assembly, pattern NDT, and inspection. This role is responsible for ensuring process compliance, driving continuous improvement, enhancing process stability, and supporting product quality through data-driven controls and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and suppliers to implement best practices, resolve process issues, and support operational excellence across the Wax Department.
