About the Role

We9re hiring a Composite Process Engineer to own process development and improvement on our composite manufacturing floor, with a primary focus on filament winding. This is a hands-on engineering role. You9ll be on the floor, running trials, troubleshooting production issues, designing tooling in SolidWorks, and driving CI projects from idea through implementation. You9ll also work closely with operations and support the broader engineering team.

If you want a desk job, this isn9t it. If you want to get deep into composite process engineering at a company that9s actually building things, keep reading.

What You9ll Do

  • Develop and maintain work instructions, troubleshooting guides, and process documentation
  • Scope and manage capital projects - new equipment, new tooling, process upgrades
  • Use our test lab to optimize composite designs for performance and manufacturability
  • Support off-shift trials when needed
  • Coach and train operations crews on composite processes and equipment

What We9re Looking For
