Education & Experience
• BS in EE, ME, or other physical/chemical sciences
• 3+ years applicable experience in fabrication of semiconductor and/or thin film devices
• Knowledge of thin film fabrication processes, equipment failure analysis, thin film equipment component upgrade/modification
• High-vacuum tool operation and troubleshoot/repair
• Photolithography process experience
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
• Experience and knowledge on Statistical Process Control
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to the organization
• Experience with AutoCAD a plus

Skills
  • Mechanical design, Computer-aided design (CAD)
  • Generate detailed drawings of systems and mechanical components
  • Transform designs into processes that improve chip yield
  • Waste Water Treatment Certification, Hazardous Material Training
  • Test Equipment Set up, Operation and Troubleshooting
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze wafer measurements and resolve issues related to measurements that are out of process capability
  • Ability to solve problems in a timely and quality manner
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Working Conditions
  • This position is on-site
  • May require occasional off-site meetings or travel
  • Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessary
