A Brief Overview
As a Process Engineer, Strategic Process Improvement/Operations for the client, you will report to the Lead Director, Operations/Strategic Process Improvement who will drive the strategy and execution outcomes of the Process Excellence team. You will work across the client focusing on process improvement, driving change across multiple business verticals, and program management across applicable business verticals. You will be responsible for delivering process maps, gap analysis, defect identification, and problem solutioning. You'll assist with leadership updates and collaboration across the enterprise and business units as the strategy evolves.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Clarify purpose and define process start/end points
Identify stakeholders, SMEs, and decision owners
SME interviews and working sessions
Review existing SOPs, job aids, policies
Map each step (include handshakes, tooling, timing, etc)
List process steps as RACI rows
Identify roles or stakeholders as columns
Assign Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed
Walkthroughs with SMEs and leaders
Confirm step accuracy and accountability
Resolve conflicts around ownership
Adjust map and RACI based on feedback
Finalize and publish process map and RACI
Link artifacts to SOPs, training, or governance processes
Confirm process owner and review cadence
Define how updates will be managed
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of Healthcare experience.
5+ years of process improvement and program management experience.
5 or more years experience working in either matrix environments or high-collaboration organizations.
Lean or LSS equivalent certification.
Superior communication skills and experience communicating at all levels of the organization, including the Executive Leadership Team.
Experience building, developing, and leading high performing teams both directly and indirectly.
Experience driving long term strategies while delivering on near team objectives.
Some travel will be required, but likely less than 25%

100% Remote - can be located anywhere in MST, CST, or EST Time Zones but must work EST hours.
