Job Description:Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Process Analyst, Plan Source Transcend, to join our team. This hybrid role can be located at one of our Johnson & Johnson sites in New Brunswick, NJ; Irvine, CA; Irving, TX; or San Angelo, TX.
Reporting to the Electrophysiology & Neurovascular (EP/Neuro) Plan/Source Workstream Lead, the Plan/Source Process Analyst serves as a key contributor to the Transcend SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role partners with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Solution Architects, and System Integrators to design, document, validate, and deploy future-state supply chain processes.
The Process Analyst is responsible for translating business requirements into actionable backlog items, supporting end-to-end process design, driving solution adoption, and ensuring business readiness throughout the SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle. The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in Supply Chain Planning and Procurement processes, Agile methodologies, business process improvement, testing, and change management.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Process Design & Requirements Management- Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Product Backlog Level 4 (PBL4) stories, including business value, acceptance criteria, and traceability to business requirements.
- Support design and validation of future-state Plan and Source processes within SAP S/4HANA.
- Drive alignment across Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Master Data teams.
- Identify process gaps, improvement opportunities, and transformation initiatives supporting business objectives.
SAP S/4HANA Transformation Support- Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops, solution confirmation sessions, and process design reviews.
- Evaluate SAP standard capabilities and recommend business process changes aligned with Transcend objectives.
- Support configuration validation and business process testing activities.
- Ensure requirements are effectively translated into system solutions and functional specifications.
Agile Product Support- Work closely with Product Owners to establish and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with program objectives.
- Serve as the primary contact for business clarification questions from development and testing teams.
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and increment planning activities.
- Assist Product Owners in validating delivered functionality against sprint and program objectives.
Testing & Deployment- Develop business test scenarios, test scripts, and test data requirements.
- Support Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Business Simulation activities.
- Assist testers in translating business requirements into expected test outcomes.
- Support defect triage, resolution validation, and regression testing.
- Partner with Change Management and Deployment teams to support business readiness and go-live activities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders across regions and functions.
- Facilitate workshops and process discussions to achieve alignment and decision-making.
- Support organizational change management efforts through communication, training input, and business readiness activities.
- Communicate risks, dependencies, and escalation requirements effectively.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, or related business functions.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and process interdependencies.
- Experience participating in ERP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into functional specifications or user stories.
- Experience supporting Agile delivery methodologies and backlog management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and facilitation skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Planning and Procurement capabilities.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :$94,000.00 - $151,800.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
