Probate Litigation & Administration Senior Associate/Senior Counsel | Remote in California
$160,000-$260,000/year + bonus opportunities
In this role, you'll handle sophisticated trust and estate matters from inception through trial, including legal research, pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, negotiations, hearings, and client counseling.
You may also handle conservatorships, guardianships, probate administrations, and trust administration matters.
What you'll need:
• Admission to the California Bar
• 5+ years of probate and trust litigation experience, OR 8-10+ years of civil or family law litigation experience
• Strong case management and client-facing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Strong attention to detail and organization
