The Probate Paralegal supports our attorneys and clients through probate, estate planning, trust administration, and asset transfers. You are the person who brings order, care, and follow-through to sensitive legal matters. Families are making decisions about legacy, loss, assets, and responsibility. Attorneys are relying on accurate files, clean drafts, and deadlines that do not move.

Working under attorney supervision, you will help attorneys deliver accurate probate and planning services. You will organize client information, prepare documents for attorney review, track deadlines, and coordinate with courts, banks, and other third parties, with the trust and discretion these family and financial matters require.
