Private Wealth Counsel (Los Angeles-Century City) Katten, a global Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Private Wealth Counsel to join its Los Angeles-Century City office. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in high net-worth estate planning at a nationally or regionally recognized Trusts & Estates practice and be admitted to the California State Bar. Our ideal candidate will have a well-rounded background in all aspects of trust and estate planning, including advising high-net-worth individuals and family office structures, trust and estate administration, handling probate filings, preparing and submitting estate and gift tax returns, and charitable planning. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate sound judgment, and be able to take ownership of client-facing responsibilities. Qualified candidates should include a resume and law school transcript with their application. The estimated salary range for this role is $300,000-450,000. Salary determinations are based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to: relevant experience and work history, graduation and class year, and practice area of the selected candidate.
