Position Responsibilities:
Private Label
Lead the strategic direction and overall business performance of the Company's private label portfolio to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and customer value.
Develop and execute the Company's private label strategy based on customer insights, market trends, and business objectives.
Lead the private label portfolio throughout the entire product lifecycle, including opportunity identification, product development, commercialization, performance evaluation, and SKU rationalization.
Partner across the merchandising organization to identify opportunities that strengthen the private label assortment through category reviews and strategic business planning.
Develop and maintain strategic supplier partnerships that foster innovation, ensure product quality, strengthen supply continuity, and support long-term business growth.
Develop and execute strategic business plans while monitoring business performance to drive sales growth, profitability, customer value, and long-term portfolio performance.
Establish merchandising standards that ensure the Company's private label portfolio delivers consistent quality, value, and brand integrity.
Develop and present strategic recommendations and business updates to senior leadership regarding private label performance, growth opportunities, and long-term business initiatives.
Service Categories
Lead designated service categories and customer programs, currently including Financial, Retail, Customer Experience, and Facility Services. Assigned responsibilities may evolve based on business priorities and organizational needs.
Develop and execute strategic business plans for assigned service categories and customer programs.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Negotiate commercial agreements that improve financial performance while delivering value for customers.
Monitor sales, profitability, commissions, utilization, and overall program performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Evaluate opportunities to enhance existing programs and introduce new products and services that support Company objectives.
Lead implementation of new initiatives while ensuring consistent execution across the store network.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in merchandising, category management, private label, retail services, procurement, or a related retail discipline.
Demonstrated success leading business growth through strategic planning and category management.
Experience negotiating commercial agreements and developing strategic supplier relationships.
Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence business partners, and achieve results in a collaborative environment.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with leaders at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Travel independently as required (approximately 5%-10%).
