Qualifications

• Previous experience in private jet chartering.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Management experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work outside standard hours as needed.
• Strong communication skills to engage and motivate others.
• On-site role requirement.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop a team of Trainee Brokers.
• Provide coaching and feedback to enhance team performance.
• Lead client engagement by converting and retaining clients.
• Build strong relationships with operators and clients.
• Attend and participate in client meetings with the team.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities using internal resources.
