Private Funds Systems & Implementation Analyst - GP Fund Solutions
As a Private Funds Systems & Implementation Analyst at GPFS, You play a key role in driving strategic results-enhancing client value, supporting investors, and cultivating enduring partnerships, while continuing to advance your career and leadership journey.
What You'll Do:
Lead scalable onboarding design for new clients, products, and service models.
Translate partnership agreements, fund structures, and client requirements into workflows, system logic, and setup standards.
Interpret fund accounting, fee, and reporting requirements to ensure accurate implementation and downstream delivery.
Define and document standardized methods, decision logic, templates, and control points.
Structure and map data for onboarding, calculations, and reporting; ensure data quality and readiness.
Translate reporting needs into clear specifications that support efficient handoff and servicing.
Drive process improvements through automation, AI, and reusable frameworks.
Partner cross-functionally (accounting, operations, product, technology) to align implementation with long-term servicing needs.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field.
3+ years of private equity, fund administration, fund accounting, business analysis, implementation, operations, or systems/process design experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Strong training plans and materials provided.
