About the Role:Tradition Home Health Care in Brooklyn, NY is looking for a passionate and dedicated Private Duty Travel Nurse to join our growing team. Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one private duty nursing care to patients in home and travel settings
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the attending physician
- Monitor and document patient health status, vital signs, and progress
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and family members to ensure continuity of care
- Travel with and accompany patients as needed, ensuring safety and comfort during transit
- Respond promptly to patient needs and medical emergencies
Requirements:- Active RN or LPN license in good standing (multi-state licensure or compact license a plus)
- Previous private duty, home health, or travel nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to travel with patients locally, domestically, or internationally as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families
- Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in varied environments
Compensation: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
