Full Job Description
Associate to join its premier Private Credit Department, working from its Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York or Washington, DC office.
Ideal candidates will have at least 3-5 years of experience in private credit/finance matters at a nationally recognized law firm or other relevant legal experience. Candidates must have demonstrated lending experience (borrowers side exposure is a plus), and general experience with a variety of financing transactions, including cash flow deals, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations (experience with asset-based financings, restructurings and workouts is a plus).
The estimated salary range for this role is $225,000 - $420,000. Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to experience/job history, class/graduation year, and practice area of the selected candidate.
