Embrace ExcellenceThe role of Private Client Relationship Manager (PCRM) is to deliver the PCRM agenda and closely collaborate with Sr PCRM and Direct to Consumer colleagues and marketing to accelerate the acquisition, engagement and relationship building to build lifetime consumer value with our most highly respected clients. The key responsibilities of this role are to recruit, engage, nurture and build advocacy with The Macallan's most loyal and biggest brand fans. Through this, the PCRM will amplify the brand message in high value touch points and face to face engagement with private clients as well as to provide white glove service when such clients want to learn more and purchase our prestige and ultra-prestige expressions in the portfolio.
Make an Impact- Deliver PCRM agenda and sales targets, building strong customer relationships and brand advocacy within the wider marketing framework.
- Lead VHNWI recruitment, engagement, and retention strategy in collaboration with PCRM, Advocacy, and Brand teams.
- Drive private client engagement through targeted events, relationship building, and direct-to-consumer programmes.
- Achieve KPIs across sales, client relationships, engagement, and recruitment while managing DTC operations and budgets.
- Partner with commercial teams and retailers to grow and nurture the private client network.
- Provide regular performance insights and ensure compliance with global data and CRM systems.
- Act as a brand expert, delivering premium client experiences and embedding a luxury mindset across teams.
Key Results:
- Deliver against revenue, transaction, and engagement KPIs.
- Develop and execute DTC sales and HNWI strategy.
- Grow private client database and drive business development.
- Analyse events and continuously improve performance.
- Build capability across PCRM and the wider organisation.
Closing Date: 8th June 2026Your Talent and Skills- Strong experience preferably in Luxury Private Client Sales (Wine & Spirits, Fine Jewellery & Watches, High end Art and Fashion, Exotic/Rare Cars ) in Southern California.
- Confidence and luxury hospitality and retail skills.
- Proven exceptional customer service and relationship management of VHNWI
- Familiarity with the dynamics and levers to develop a successful direct-to-consumer sales channel targeting VHNWI.
- Knowledge of CRM platform such as Hubspot.
- An understanding of brand strategy, the luxury industry and the levers that drive both.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with delivering commercial results.
- Target-driven and results focused.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, written & verbal, ideally with previous international exposure.
- An ability to work in a fast-paced and changing consumer environment.
- Comfortable working with new technologies.
- A passion for Edrington's brands.
- Fluency in English language is essential.
- Commit to non-traditional work hour and travel as needed (up to 40%).
