Job Description
Responsibilities:
Strong Semi Conductor background with expertise of the various sub segments of Semi conductor i.e. Fab & Fabless, 15+ years of experience in supply chain management, consulting and semi conductor industry specifically.
Business Development & Sales: Drive multimillion-dollar consulting sales pipelines by leading deal shaping, proposal development, and executive pitches.
Engagement Delivery: Oversee cross-functional delivery teams executing large-scale transformations, supply chain transformation, digitisation, tech./AI implementations.
Practice Leadership: Grow the firm's semiconductor unit by developing junior consultants, and creating methodologies, industry offerings and frameworks.
Thought Leadership: Act as an industry spokesperson by publishing research on global supply chain resilience, geopolitical/export control challenges. Serve as a trusted advisor to Chief Operating Officers (COOs) and Chief Supply Chain Officers (CSCOs) at global semiconductor firms.
Functional Expertise : Strong expertise across end to end Supply Chain Management (S&OP, Inventory mgmt. ,IBPetc.) and experience of supply chain planning tools implementation (for ex. Kinnaxis, O9 etc.)
Define and drive the strategic direction of industry advisory services to align with organizational goals and market demands.
Lead complex market and competitive analyses to identify high-value growth opportunities and emerging risks.
Advise senior leadership and key stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations that influence business strategy and decision-making.
Oversee cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with top-tier clients, partners, and industry influencers to strengthen the advisory practice.
Champion the integration of advanced data analytics and industry research into advisory offerings to enhance impact and relevance. Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and client engagements to elevate thought leadership and brand presence.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, governance standards, and best practices across all advisory activities. Mentor and develop senior advisory teams, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.
