Full Job Description
SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing all aspects of outsourced fulfillment operations including identifying vendor partners, contract negotiation, onboarding and ongoing business relationships with Third-Party Logistics/Fulfillment (3PL's) providers. The role acts as the primary point of contact for managing the strategic partnership between Nintendo and our external fulfillment providers.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
  • Serves as the primary operational point of contact for assigned 3PL partners.
  • Manages relationships with all potential 3PL providers (direct to consumer and retail order fulfillment).
  • Manages the implementation/integration with 3PL's via EDI/API to their WMS/ERP/TMS.
  • Establish and verify all 3PL partners meet KPI's for each business segment.
  • Manages the review and auditing of billing invoices (fulfillment and freight) as they pertain to 3PL activities.
  • Leads quarterly business reviews for performance of 3PL related activities.
  • Manages relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure operational objectives are met.
  • Provides inventory holding and fulfillment forecast for business activities at 3PL to include inbound, outbound, storage requirements.
  • Oversee the operational tasks of inventory flow to and from all 3PL's (inclusive of reverse logistics from consumers).

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
  • 7 years of experience in supply chain fulfillment (e-commerce and retail) or related field.
  • Experience managing cross functional projects
  • Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integrations across companies
  • Creating and communicating expectations of standard operating procedures (SOP's) and key performance indicators (KPI's) of the business
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • APICS/SCCP certification strongly preferred.

This position is hybrid in North Bend, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.

This position includes the base pay range listed below, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Pay Range:

$120,900-$217,650 USD
