You will act as a force multiplier, defining scalable solutions for complex technical challenges and identifying key patterns across our enterprise customer base. By translating intricate business needs into actionable product direction, you will directly influence Cortex's product strategy, technical roadmap, and cloud-native security operations. In this high-impact role, you will mentor teams, drive cross-functional alignment, and shape the future of our AI-driven security platforms.
Your Impact- Set technical strategy for cross-functional initiatives to drive innovation and scalable adoption of the Cortex platform.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to executive leadership on Cortex architecture, deployment, and security strategy.
- Influence product strategy and roadmaps by translating customer challenges into clear, data-driven product requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and develop deep expertise in XSIAM, XDR, XSOAR, CNAPP, and AI Security.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across internal teams to solve high-visibility challenges and ensure customer success.
- Scale organizational knowledge by developing reusable architectures, playbooks, and technical enablement for field teams.
- Mentor technical professionals to raise the engineering bar and foster a culture of excellence.
- Track market and competitive intelligence to provide actionable insights on emerging capabilities to leadership.
Your Experience- 10+ years of proven experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or technical product engineering.
- Extensive experience working with strategic enterprise customers and major cloud infrastructure providers.
- Strong background in SOAR, XSIAM, XDR, or CNAPP technologies.
- Demonstrated mastery of securing modern cloud platforms and application architectures.
- Exceptional professional presence and confidence advising audiences up to C-level executives.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and manage high-stakes projects in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding executive-level presentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications- Deep affinity for emerging technology areas, including AI Security and Agentic AI.
- Demonstrated track record of creatively establishing scalable solutions for complex technical issues.
- Strong ability to mentor technical professionals and build a culture of engineering excellence.
- Proven ability to inspire and influence teams without formal authority.

Qualifications Compensation DisclosureThe compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
