SummaryThe Principal Systems Integration Analyst will oversee and participate in the architecting, development and support of enterprise integration solutions that transport and transform complex data objects across multiple systems. The Integration and Middleware Support team is a dynamic environment requiring an individual who can learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements. The Integration Development and Support function includes using TIBCO Platform, other supporting middleware technologies and various monitoring applications (AppDynamics, Splunk, TIBCO Hawk).
The desired candidate will have a strong enterprise architecture and application development background using traditional programming languages and various supporting technologies such as XML, REST/JSON and SQL as well as having strong leadership skills.
What You'll Do- Provides operational oversight of integration and related infrastructure/tools work
- Designs, develops, tests and supports complex enterprise integration applications and services
- Configures and supports encrypted external vendor data exchanges
- Collaborates with leadership and business partners to develop strategies and action plans for enterprise integration direction
- Collaborates with Information Management and Data Services teams to ensure data delivery and transformation standards and industry best-practices are met
- Collaborates with other Information Technology Services teams to ensure infrastructure standards and industry best-practices are met
- Works with team members to proactively identify issues/risks and provide solutions
- Works with team members to deliver project artifacts such as technical requirements and design documents
- Mentors other team members on a regular basis
EducationA bachelor's degree relevant to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred.
ExperienceMinimum 10 years of relevant experience is required. In lieu of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience totaling 14 years may be considered.
Additional Requirements and Qualifications- Ability to architect, design and develop complex technology-based integration solutions
- Strong knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), and web services
- Strong Knowledge of capacity, performance and security aspects of enterprise application integrations (EAI)
- Experience with building and/or using standard frameworks and integration design patterns
- Experience in application programming/development
- Understanding of application performance tuning techniques
- Knowledge of XML data concepts
- Ability to work with business users and IT technical staff in a team environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of an organization
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Exhibits strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and accountability for achieving results
- Proven leadership experience

Hybrid WorkplaceSRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
