Full Job Description
Duties and responsibilities: The Principal, Strategic Clients & Integrations position is a key role within the Client Services Team. The Client Services Team are experts in using the Cassini platform and all its functionality. Within this team, the Principal, Strategic Clients & Integrations role is responsible for managing large and strategic projects by working together with the Relationship Management and Support functions to provide a great client experience and ensure they see ongoing benefit from the platform. This role reports into the regional Client Services Lead. As a key role, the Principal will be expected to work as a partner to the Client Services Lead by providing subject matter expert (SME) knowledge on Cassini and the strategic client base and partnerships. Specific responsibilities include: Manage projects and stakeholders by coordinating large and strategic implementation projects, including creating and maintaining custom implementation plans and clearly organizing and ensuring delivery of the required implementation tasks; Manage stakeholders for strategic clients, with responsibility for reporting and communications for large and strategic implementation projects, including the maintenance of task logs, RAID logs, and trackers; Provide Subject Matter Expertise to Delivery Engineers and Client Services Managers to ensure knowledge is disseminated throughout the organization to assist in implementation and use of the Cassini software; Provide guidance to other team members on using a range of data formats, such as json, xml, or csv, to receive client data and transform data into internal formats using an ETL layer; Ensure that strategic clients' required functionality is performing as expected by coordinating testing and validation of expected usage; Provide user training and documentation to the client's teams on specific features within the client's preferred workflow (such as using APIs, UI, or reporting tools); Liaise with Development and Product teams to highlight and prioritize new features or enhancements required for the client projects they are working on; Assist the Production Support team with production client queries with understanding of the client use cases and workflows; Escalate any concerns with client sentiment or project delivery; Own the documentation and knowledge base for partnership offerings and integrations; and Advise and coordinate enhancement and growth of partnership functionality and experience. Based at New York, NY office; hybrid telecommuting within commutable distance permitted pursuant to company policy. Up to 5% domestic travel for client visits may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business Management, or a closely related field; and 2 years of experience in client delivery engineering for financial technology services

Must Have: Detailed understanding of Cassini Systems' complex data requirements and the API and ETL translation layers used to interface with Cassini; Deep knowledge of the analytics models and workflows supported by the Cassini margin analytics platform, and how they can be implemented and configured for different types of clients; Demonstrated experience working with and manipulating large, complex datasets; Demonstrated comfort working with data transmission layers such as APIs and SFTP; Demonstrated experience working with automation tools such as SoapUI and Postman; Demonstrated understanding of financial instruments, in particular Prime Brokerage business; Demonstrated excellent stakeholder engagement skills; Demonstrated strong project management skills, including experience creating and tracking implementation plans or similar projects using project management tools; Demonstrated ability to document data flows and client user documents for external consumption; Demonstrated clear understanding and ability to link together complex workflows to produce a coherent and workable solution; Demonstrated excellent organizational skills and ability to work on many workstreams in parallel; and Demonstrated good attention to detail.
