We are currently searching for a Program Support Specialist to join our Mission Systems Program Support Specialist Department to support the JEDI
(JADC2 Experimentation, Demonstration, and Integration) Program Management (PM) team primarily located in Cedar Rapids, IA and El Segundo, CA. The individual will be responsible for partnering with the PM team in all activities associated with the pursuit, order, capture, and execution of existing and future demonstration and Large Force Exercises with the US Government programs.
Emphasis is focused on supporting the program execution teams with a variety of activities such as: pursuit and proposal activities, financial reporting, customer interaction/action item reporting, customer deliverable coordination, procurement and subcontractor execution, risk and opportunity management, logistics and shipping, bailment and hardware accountability, facilities and capital infrastructure, cross site support, cross RTX collaboration, and all levels of coordination with the core program team. This position coordinates activities across the Collins shared services business model and requires collaborative working relationships with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Contracts, Order Administration, Subcontracts, Quality, Finance, and Services and will require external customer interface.
This is
Hybrid position requiring 2-3 days per week to be Onsite at either our Cedar Rapids IA or El Segundo CA location.
Travel is expected around 25%.
What You Will Do- Provides key support to multiple internal and external projects as assigned with key role of program oversight
- Engagement and execution of Export and Import of (documentation, tools, and status) in support of Program team efforts
- Support planning, coordination, and shipment of products overseas both at RTX sites and on location in the US and Internationally
- Receives minimal instruction on day-to-day work assignments. Plans schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives assigned
- Provides direction and oversight to ensure that issues of moderate scope and complexity are avoided and/or resolved
- Responsible for managing sub-projects which may be of moderate risk and complexity or a portion of a larger project
- Coordinating cross RTX site activities including facilities, security, and engineering activities
- Assist in managing hardware assets and prioritizing resources across JEDI efforts
- Deadline Driven - Programs have hard deadlines and often approval meetings need accomplished prior to those deadlines
- Persistence - Dealing with hardware for a program requires the ability to be tenacious to get the answers needed to make decisions

Qualifications You Must Have- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret Security Clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
