Full Job Description
We are looking for a leader to grow and evolve our Advertising Insight Sharing (AIS) program at the intersection of risk management, data governance, and technology. You will own executing and evolving the insight disclosure decisioning process - including the underlying risk framework, data governance frameworks, and AI-enabled tooling that power it at scale. This process is based on core tenets and evaluation criteria. As such, you own permissioning of all insights delivered by Amazon Ads, independent of whether the insight is based on data from Amazon Ads or other Amazon businesses. This role is global in scope and will have direct impact on Amazon Ads business worldwide.
In this role, you will drive the technical strategy for data governance across insight sharing workflows, defining how risks are classified, monitored, and inspected. You will evaluate and deploy AI/ML-based solutions to automate risk assessment, scale decisioning, and enhance proactive compliance detection. You will shape the architecture of data integration pipelines to ensure they meet privacy, security, and governance standards while enabling speed and innovation for our advertising customers.
To be successful in this role, you will be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, making business-critical decisions at the intersection of technology and policy, engaging senior leadership across different organizations and regions, and providing high-judgment recommendations. You will work backwards from Amazon customers across different businesses and create solutions that drive long-term value for all. You have deep expertise in data governance, data protection, privacy, and security, paired with technical fluency in data systems, integrations, and emerging AI technologies. You will also constantly evaluate existing processes, guardrails, and technical systems, and iterate to improve customer experience, decision velocity, and governance maturity. Experience in advertising industry is a plus.
