Full Job Description
Principal Resource Geologist, you will join one of the largest, dynamic and experienced teams of resource geologists globally. You will bring demonstrated skills and experience with mineral resource/geological modelling (experience with Leapfrog is a must), exploration and project reviews. In addition to strong technical skills, you'll also have a solid background in report writing, in the development of technical scopes of work, proposal preparation, and the successful delivery of projects, meeting high standards for quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Development of geological models or interpretations
• Construction of block models for mineral resource and mineral reserve estimates
• Participation in the preparation of NI 43-101 Reports or international equivalents
• Perform due diligence reviews to support project financing, and mergers and acquisitions
• Project management, including leadership of other geologists and third-party consulting groups
• Working with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geological findings and interpretations with those of other scientific, planning, and engineering disciplines
• Ensuring successful project delivery with respect to health & safety, scope, schedule, budget, QA/QC, and client satisfaction
• Prepare proposals and contribute to the development and execution of service line, business sector, and client business development plans
• Liaise and build relationships with clients and ensure excellent service delivery
• Mentor junior geologists and participate in internal and external training/mentorship opportunities

• The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000+. Final agreed-upon compensation will be commensurate with individual education, professional designation, experience, internal parity, and location
• Full-time, permanent role with flexible scheduling available (core hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm)

• Undergraduate degree in the geosciences. Master's degree preferred
