Summary of Role: The Principal Quantum Integration Engineer serves as the primary execution coordinator for one or more quantum technology platforms. The role owns cross-functional integration activities required to move development programs from concept through prototype manufacturing.
Essential Responsibilities: Integration Ownership
- Lead execution planning for assigned quantum programs.
- Drive alignment between modality roadmaps and manufacturing capability.
- Develop integrated schedules, risk assessments, and readiness plans.
Manufacturing Readiness
- Own readiness reviews for:
- Ensure development lots are prepared for successful execution.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead technical coordination meetings.
- Drive issue resolution across organizations.
- Facilitate communication between Product Development, Quantum AME, Fab8, and Fab9.
Continuous Improvement
- Develop standard work for quantum development execution.
- Capture and transfer learning between modalities.
- Improve development cycle time and execution efficiency.
Other Responsibilities: - Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications: - Associates Degree, BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years semiconductor integration, process engineering, or technology development experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows and process integration.

Expected Salary Range$85,000.00 - $146,000.00
