DescriptionThe Provisioner is responsible for overseeing and managing provisioning and logistics product data for the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Launcher System. This role serves as the liaison between program/project management, planning, engineering, and line management to ensure provisioning data is accurate, current, and aligned to program requirements. Primary duties include managing data supporting obsolescence analysis, indenture structure and order, Bill of Materials (BOM) alignment, spares levels, and repairability/maintenance concepts. The Provisioner tracks and reports the operational status of assigned efforts, supports schedule and budget execution, prepares routine and ad hoc status reports, and identifies issues/risks with recommended corrective actions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives. The role develops mechanisms for monitoring progress, driving interventions, and enabling problem-solving with internal stakeholders and customers as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with 5 years of professional work experience, a Masters degree with 3 years of profession work experience, or a PhD with 1 year of professional work experience.
- Experience using Microsoft office suite.
- Ability to develop tracking mechanisms (dashboards/spreadsheets/tools) to monitor progress, action items, and deliverables.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance.
- US citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting material management / logistics activities on a production or sustainment program.
- Experience supporting government programs and/or FBM Launcher-related efforts.
- Experience with issue/risk tracking and mitigation planning in support of program objectives.
- Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders (e.g., program, planning, operations) to track work status and drive closure.
- Experience preparing status reports and communicating cost/schedule/issue status to leadership and teams.
Primary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $122,000.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
