Job Overview This role supports a functional group by providing strategic program management for organizational initiatives that impact multiple teams. It oversees the development and implementation of programs and projects that align with strategic goals across the organization. The role coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver new programs or enhance existing ones, ensuring alignment and collaboration. Success is measured by effective program execution, risk management, and the ability to drive improvements in program delivery. The work influences organizational effectiveness and supports the achievement of strategic objectives for internal stakeholders and customers. Job Responsibilities: • Develop program and project strategies with execution plans to guide successful delivery of organizational initiatives • Create and manage project and cross-functional teams to support programs within and across functional groups • Identify and address cross-project dependencies in collaboration with other program managers and leadership • Manage program changes, evaluate risks, and assess impacts to maintain program delivery and quality • Contribute improvements and best practices based on program insights to enhance overall program management • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed Education and Work Experience: • Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required) • Acceptable areas of study include Business, Finance, Economics, Sales or related field (Required) • 7-10 years Experience in organizational programs, project management or related area. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
