As Oracle continues its rapid growth, our team is focused on driving initiatives that improve operational efficiency, accelerate business outcomes, and support organizational scalability. In this individual contributor role, you will own and drive complex programs that span multiple teams and require strong coordination across product, engineering, operations, and corporate functions.

You will leverage Oracle's internal AI capabilities and emerging technologies to help teams improve processes and execute transformational initiatives from concept through delivery. This position is part of a growing function and provides the opportunity to contribute to program management best practices, governance, and execution approaches while independently driving meaningful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Program Management & Execution: Own complex cross-functional programs from initiation through implementation. Develop program plans, establish milestones, manage dependencies, track execution, and drive accountability across participating teams to deliver agreed-upon outcomes.


  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with stakeholders across Oracle to clarify requirements, align priorities, resolve execution challenges, and maintain momentum. Build productive working relationships across organizations and influence stakeholders without direct authority.


  • Program Governance & Risk Management: Establish appropriate governance and operating mechanisms for assigned programs. Maintain visibility into program health, risks, dependencies, decisions, and milestones. Identify execution risks early, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues when needed to maintain delivery commitments.


  • Initiative Delivery: Translate business objectives and ambiguous problems into structured, executable program plans with clear deliverables, owners, milestones, and measures of success. Adapt plans as priorities, requirements, or business conditions change while maintaining focus on intended outcomes.


  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate program status, risks, tradeoffs, decisions, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership. Develop concise status reports, presentations, decision materials, and other communications that provide appropriate visibility and enable timely decision-making.


  • Performance Tracking & Operational Excellence: Define and maintain appropriate program metrics and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress and outcomes. Use data, dashboards, scorecards, and regular reviews to identify issues, improve execution, and maintain accountability.


  • Process Improvement & Organizational Enablement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce unnecessary complexity, and increase execution effectiveness. Apply program management practices and emerging capabilities, including AI and automation, to help teams work more effectively and scale successful approaches.


  • Additional Responsibilities: Lead or support transformation initiatives, operational improvements, and other strategic projects based on business needs.


Basic Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent degree or relevant professional experience


  • 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, strategic operations, or a related discipline


  • Experience independently leading complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and dependencies from planning through delivery


  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured plans, navigate competing priorities, manage risks and dependencies, and drive execution


  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience building alignment across teams and communicating program status, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to leadership


Qualifications

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
