Full Job Description
OCI Infrastructure Sourcing & Planning is seeking a Principal Program Manager to join its Central Programs team. This role leads and enables critical, complex infrastructure programs that span site selection, network connectivity, energy, and business operations. The TPM brings structure to ambiguous, interdependent work; aligns technical and business stakeholders; and drives decisions and execution from early planning through delivery. The successful candidate will own integrated program plans, dependencies, risks, and executive communications across a broad portfolio of infrastructure initiatives. They will translate business objectives into actionable plans, establish operating mechanisms that improve predictability, and proactively remove blockers across technical, commercial, and operational teams. Responsibilities Specific responsibilities for this role include: 1. Lead end-to-end critical programs supporting OCI infrastructure growth across site selection, network connectivity, energy, and business operations. 2. Develop integrated plans, milestones, dependency maps, and operating cadences for complex, multi-workstream initiatives. 3. Forge essential partnerships across infrastructure engineering, capacity planning, sourcing, energy, network, finance, legal, and operations teams to assess feasibility, sequencing, and delivery timelines. 4. Drive structured decision-making by identifying tradeoffs, surfacing risks and constraints, and recommending clear paths forward. 5. Establish and maintain program mechanisms for status reporting, risk management, issue escalation, and executive reviews. 6. Coordinate cross-functional actions needed to unlock site readiness, network delivery, power availability, and operational execution. 7. Use data and program insights to improve forecasting, prioritization, process efficiency, and resource allocation. 8. Communicate status at the executive level. Basic Qualifications - 8+ years of relevant experience in technical program management, infrastructure planning, operations, sourcing, or related fields. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline; equivalent experience considered. - Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies, stakeholders, and competing priorities. - Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including the ability to tailor messages for executive and technical audiences. - High ownership, sound judgment, and a strong bias for action in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with cloud infrastructure, data centers, network connectivity, energy or power programs, real estate/site development, or large-scale business operations. - Ability to think broadly and strategically while driving the operational details required for execution. - Experience identifying and resolving process, procedure, tooling, and governance gaps to improve program outcomes. - Strong analytical skills and experience using data to support decisions, capacity planning, or business planning. - Experience creating and automating program reporting, dashboards, or operating mechanisms. - Demonstrated negotiation, influence, and stakeholder-management skills across technical and business organizations. - Self-driven problem solver who can adapt and thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. - Ability to identify, manage, and remove blockers across organizational boundaries. - Experience mentoring junior PMs or leading through influence without direct authority. Qualifications Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following: 1. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 9. 11 paid holidays 10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours. 11. Paid parental leave 12.
