Job Overview
This role manages complex technical programs involving multiple projects and stakeholders to deliver advanced business technology solutions and infrastructure. Job Responsibilities:
- Direct program charter creation and communication to establish mission, key performance indicators, and stakeholder engagement for successful program execution
- Define program scope, develop roadmaps and schedules, and oversee budget management to align with strategic priorities and control scope changes
- Identify and communicate risks across projects, providing mitigation strategies and escalation support to senior leadership for issue resolution
- Lead budget planning and quality assurance efforts to ensure deliverables meet business needs and maintain project standards
- Foster cross-functional teamwork by managing program resources, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment with technical leaders
- Implement process controls to ensure compliance with corporate standards, manage contracts and vendor relationships effectively
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree and 7 years or related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- 7-10 years Industry experience as a project, program or product manager within a technology environment, with a progressive record of successful delivery of complex solutions, systems, or services. (Preferred)
- 2-4 years Supervisory experience (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $105,400 - $190,200
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
