You are accountable for the long-term success of Workday's data platform and the delivery of AI-enabled experiences. You define the standards for how Data Product and Active Data Governance methodologies are applied at scale across the organization. Key responsibilities include:
  • Own portfolio strategy by defining the delivery roadmap for enterprise-wide data capabilities, ensuring alignment with Workday's AI-forward strategy.
  • Lead enterprise change by driving the most complex technical transitions and managing dependencies across the entire Workday ecosystem.
  • Standardize methodologies across the product management community, fostering a culture of high ownership and technical excellence.
  • Architect high-impact engagement strategies for senior leaders to ensure long-term support for data initiatives.
  • Pioneer agentic AI by designing the blueprint for integrating AI tools (Gemini, Sana) into the fabric of enterprise product management.

About You

Basic Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of technical product management experience, specifically in Enterprise Data & Analytics supporting GTM functions
  • Proven track record of managing a suite of interrelated data or platform products at an enterprise level

Our Approach to Flexible Work

With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
