  • Translate customer needs into meaningful product capabilities, requirements, and a well-sequenced roadmap.
  • Partner closely across many different product teams across M365 and Power platform to align on shared experiences, dependencies, and a consistent end-to-end journey for users.
  • Partner deeply with engineering, design, research, and business executives to bring end-to-end product experiences from concept to launch and ongoing iteration.
  • Work closely with engineering and service engineering teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable capabilities and to keep them healthy in production.
  • Communicate direction, progress, and results clearly to partners and leadership, and build alignment across a broad set of stakeholders.
  • Mentor peers and raise the craft of product management across the team.

  • 6+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
  • 6+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
  • Tenured experience in product management, program management, engineering, or a related discipline, with a record of leading complex product portfolios or platforms.
  • Demonstrated success defining vision, shaping strategy, and delivering products or platforms that drive measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of current product management practices, including product discovery, experimentation, customer research, prioritization frameworks, product analytics, and outcome-based road-mapping.
