About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to own loyalty at Grubhub. This role focuses on how diners find what they love and why they return, owning the strategy and roadmap across subscription, and diner retention.

This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and drives decisions with data. Strong candidates have a track record of improving conversion on high-traffic consumer surfaces, experience working closely with ML and data science teams on ranking and personalization problems, and the UX instincts to translate data signals into product decisions. Experience in eCommerce or marketplace environments is preferred.

The Impact You Will Make
  • Own the loyalty product portfolio, with a focus on improving relevance, conversion, and diner retention
  • Manage strategic partnerships that affect the diner experience
  • Partner with design to deeply understand diner needs and translate insights into clear, high-quality product experiences
  • Define success metrics and run a rigorous experimentation program to improve core outcomes including CTR, engagement, and conversion
  • Build alignment across engineering, design, data science, and marketing stakeholders; communicate tradeoffs and prioritization decisions with clarity

What You Bring To The Table
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of a high-traffic consumer surface
  • Demonstrated track record of improving conversion through experimentation and iteration
  • Strong UX sensibility and experience working closely with design to define and ship consumer-facing experiences
  • Data fluency with experimentation and analytics (for example: defining success metrics, designing A/B tests, interpreting results; SQL or equivalent analytics tooling experience)
  • Experience in eCommerce, marketplace, or other consumer product environments
  • BA/BS required; MBA is a plus

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome-and encouraged-to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
