Job Description:What You'll Be Doing:
- Work with software engineering teams along with a group of business and product stakeholders to ensure alignment on enterprise needs.
- Understand dependencies between products to refine the roadmap, establish completion timelines and institute success metrics.
- Drive progress on the roadmap and manage expectations for a broad group of stakeholders.
- Communicate progress and findings via product briefs, status updates, and demos.
- Ensure adoption and interoperability across the Real Estate Solutions business.
- Work closely with clients and partners to understand business needs, workflows and long-term objectives turning this knowledge into collaborative solutions.

Job Qualifications:- 5+ years working with or leading successful teams focused on product management or development.
- Recent mortgage lending or financial services technology experience
- Demonstrated ability to quickly come up to speed with our overall tech stack and ancillary solutions.
- Proven decision-making skills with experience guiding prioritization, ability to make trade-off decisions to meet customer needs and technology constraints.
- Demonstratable track record of delivering quality work on time, working with cross-functional teams and knowledgeable in UX design, technology and data analysis.
Additional
- Mortgage industry domain experience as a business leader, engineer, technical business analyst, or a product manager.
- Experience in helping design and implement large-scale event-driven architectures.
- Understanding of Lean Software Development principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related technical discipline.
Annual Pay Range:111,900 - 135,000 USD
