Full Job Description
Are you passionate about shaping the future of supply chain execution for one of the world's largest cloud infrastructure platforms? Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Principal Product Manager to build and drive the product roadmap for Supply Chain Execution supporting AWS Infrastructure. In this role, you'll bridge business and technology, creating strategies that transform how we manage complex supply chain operations at unprecedented scale.

You'll own the end-to-end product strategy for supply chain execution software, working with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define solutions, and deliver products that revolutionize how AWS manages its global infrastructure supply chain. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on products that power the backbone of AWS's rapid growth.

Key job responsibilities

- Define and own the multi-year product roadmap for Supply Chain Execution software supporting AWS Infrastructure, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution to deliver customer value

- Drive consensus across business and technology stakeholders by clearly articulating complex trade-offs, potential solutions, and strategic decisions to senior leadership up to VP level

- Manage the full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with significant impact across multiple organizations, tactically driving teams to deliver on ambitious goals

- Identify gaps and opportunities across regions, processes, and systems, creating and optimizing critical mechanisms that ensure long-term program success

- Decompose complex supply chain business problems into straightforward, efficient software solutions, applying strong data-driven business judgment and strategic thinking to prioritize and tackle intrinsically hard problems

A day in the life

You'll start your day analyzing supply chain execution metrics and customer feedback to identify optimization opportunities. You'll facilitate strategy sessions with engineering leaders to align on technical approaches, then meet with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions. Your afternoons might include presenting roadmap updates to senior leadership, mentoring other product managers on best practices, or diving deep into operational data to inform product decisions. Throughout, you'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving, ensuring your vision translates into tangible execution.
