About the Team and Business Line

Citco are seeking a Principal Product Lead to drive forward the vision and delivery of a platform that will serve as the foundation of Citco's CX strategy. This is a newly created role where you will act as a steward of productstrategy and roadmap in a complex business domain. You will drive forward product vision for a global program that runs across multiple functions and executive stakeholders, taking on the hard conversations, and charting the way ahead with a bias towards action.

The platform relates to investment compliance management for thousands of Investors, and is a vital cog in the future state vision for this complex business environment. To be successful in this role, you will thread the needle of technical feasibility, regulatory constraints, UX strategy and program delivery. This is more than a delivery role: you raise the ceiling, and reframe the problem, working across executive stakeholders and technology leadership.

You will be joining a global Digital Design team that delivers a portfolio of projects in CX, Digital Transformation, GenAI and new product development. The position is based in Toronto and may require international travel to other CITCO locations. The Principal Product Lead will report to the Design Director, and interact with business stakeholders, and technical groups.

Responsibilities

Your Role

• Discovery: story mapping, stakeholder interviews, assumption testing. Chart the problem space
• Product Ownership: develop feature detail and prioritization, applying continuous discovery and agile methodologies that drive clarity and alignment
• Delivery Governance: build a delivery roadmap that the program can get behind
• Stakeholder Management: primary product voice to senior stakeholders, building the trust and confidence that will drive engagement into the future
• Line Management: direct management of personnel in product delivery pod
• Mentorship of product leads and managers in evolving and widening enterprise ways of working

Qualifications

About You

• 10+ years track record in product, experienced in 0-1 stages of complex digital platform delivery
• You are an excellent communicator who innately drives alignment and clarity across all levels and functions
• Experience in enterprise, regulated or organizationally complex environments
• Practiced in continuous discovery and design-led activities such as service design, co-creation, concept iteration
• Strong working knowledge of technology architecture, API integration, and agentic solution design
