Principal Process Manager - Network Product Well Managed
As a Principal Associate of Process Management within Transaction Processing, you will be responsible for ensuring all risk efforts are flawlessly executed. Our team bridges product, tech, and risk partners to ensure Transaction Processing products and platforms remain well-documented, efficient, and fully supported. You will serve as the primary subject matter experts and single point of contact for risk initiatives. You will blend analysis with process optimization to establish streamlined risk workflows and execute proactive data collectionensuring on-time execution and continuous audit readiness.
General Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of process management or risk experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or military experience
Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
At least 2 year of experience in Compliance or Risk Management
At least 2 years of experience in Process Management

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Chicago, IL: $98,900 - $112,900 for Principal Process Manager
McLean, VA: $108,900 - $124,300 for Principal Process Manager
Richmond, VA: $98,900 - $112,900 for Principal Process Manager
Riverwoods, IL: $98,900 - $112,900 for Principal Process Manager
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
