Full Job Description
As the Principal, Partner GTM Systems & Technology, you will shape the technical strategy and execution engine of this program. You will serve as the single operations interface into the data and systems engineering teams, translate high-level program strategy into robust technical direction, own the roadmap and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that govern it, and build the capability and operating mechanisms that let this model scale across partner tracks, regions, and teams.

Responsibilities
  • Own the Technical Strategy & Roadmap: Shape and drive the multi-year technical strategy and prioritized delivery roadmap for the Intuit Partner Suite (PRM/Portal) and integrated GTM tools (Salesforce, DocuSign, Quickbase, and Varicent), aligning system architecture decisions with long-term GTM strategy across business units.
  • Business Requirements (BRD) Authorship & Lifecycle: Author, own, and evolve enterprise-grade Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), translating complex partner strategies, multi-tier revenue share structures, lead registration/protection rules, and tier-aware support routing into implementation-ready logic - while establishing the BRD standards and templates other BSAs and TPMs use across the program.
  • Single Operations Interface to VEP/Engineering: Serve as the centralized point of contact for all technical requirements, unifying communication channels across business, ops, and engineering, and building the operating mechanisms that let this model scale to new partner tracks and regions.
  • Cross-Functional & Cross-BU Alignment: Partner with GPP Program Strategy, PMO, and senior technical/business leaders to synthesize strategic intent into system dependencies, ensuring technical plans support GPP launch-readiness - while identifying where partner systems strategy should influence decisions in adjacent business units.
  • Technology & Innovation Assessment: Proactively evaluate emerging technologies, automation opportunities, and AI/GenAI applicability (e.g., for BRD generation, requirements analysis, or UAT acceleration) to identify where new approaches can meaningfully improve delivery speed or system quality - and champion adoption where it creates a competitive advantage.
  • Technical Risk & Blocker Mitigation: Foresee and define systemic risks - not just track known ones - including data residency/GDPR requirements for international markets (UK, Canada, Australia) and the legacy-to-platform data migration, and drive resolution paths that prevent recurrence across future rollouts.
  • System Validation & UAT Governance: Define the enterprise 'Definition of Done' and quality bar for technical deliverables across the program; lead UAT and system validation, and build the reusable validation frameworks other teams adopt.
  • Capability Building & Mentorship: Build capability across the broader BSA/TPM community supporting GPP - mentoring less senior BSAs and TPMs on BRD craft, stakeholder negotiation, and technical risk framing, and guiding technical leaders outside your immediate team.

Qualifications
  • Systems Implementation Expertise: 8+ years leading complex, large-scale systems implementations across CRM (Salesforce/SFDC), Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms, Billing/Commerce engines, or Enterprise Data Warehouses, including experience setting technical direction at a multi-team or organizational level.
  • Exceptional Business Analysis (BRD Writing): A proven track record of authoring exceptionally detailed, logic-driven BRDs governing complex automation (e.g., tiered point accruals, referral payouts, API-driven integrations) - and of establishing BRD standards or practices adopted by other analysts.
  • Technology Strategy & Innovation: Demonstrated ability to assess emerging technologies and automation/AI approaches for strategic fit, and to influence technical direction beyond a single program.
  • Technical Translator & Executive Influencer: Exceptional capability to bridge abstract business strategy and core engineering requirements, comfortably negotiating scope and trade-offs with Executive Directors and System Architects, and independently building a data-backed case for change with senior stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional & Cross-BU Collaborator: Experience navigating highly matrixed enterprise organizations, aligning diverse stakeholder groups (Sales, Ops, Product, Success, Finance, Legal), with evidence of influence extending beyond your immediate program.
  • Detail-Oriented & Risk-Aware: High analytical rigor with experience using structured risk-management frameworks to foresee, not just react to, operational constraints, system bugs, and process inefficiencies.
  • Agile/Scrum Experience: Strong familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, backlog grooming, and Jira-based sprint management at a multi-team scale.
  • Mentorship: Experience mentoring or guiding other analysts/TPMs, with a track record of raising the bar on BRD quality or technical requirements practice across a team.
