  • Identify technical risks and dependencies that could impact launch schedule.
  • Participate in technology and product roadmap reviews, technical design discussions, and complex hardware design issues with sufficient technical depth to challenge assumptions, identify risks, and drive resolution of open issues
  • Ensure test infrastructure, test code, and production tooling are available to support manufacturing builds for launch.
  • Drive all NPI phase gate and exit criteria to ensure operational readiness before launch.
  • Drive execution across all phases of product introduction, ensuring milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and launch readiness remain on track.
  • Coordinate global cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches while balancing cost, schedule, quality, and supply continuity.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned NPI programs.

  • Proactively identify program risks, assess operational impacts, and drive mitigation strategies across engineering and supply chain organizations.
  • Ensure engineering changes, schedule adjustments, and operational decisions are effectively communicated and executed.
  • Support compliance with internal governance processes and operational readiness requirements.

  • Lead stop-ship actions and drive long term corrective actions through the investigation of complex technical and operational issues and lead root-cause analysis and remediation efforts.
  • Identify and resolve technical and operational blockers affecting manufacturing and test.
  • Coordinate across engineering and other supply chain teams to resolve complex execution issues.
  • Partner with Engineering and Supply Chain teams to qualify alternate sources and reduce supply risk.
