This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable.
As part of a small, passionate, and accomplished team of experts, you will support integration of current and future New Glenn customers by supporting new business opportunity analysis, facilitating customer and cross-functional readiness reviews (and relevant logistics) at various Blue Origin sites, including ownership of the New Glenn Program Management Review. You will support organizational efforts enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact our relationship with customers and enable integration and launch of their payloads. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Engage with customers and across internal functions to facilitate meetings/readiness reviews at various Blue Origin sites (coordinate content with POCs, visitor badges, catering, escorts, etc.)
- Lead both internal and external technical projects from proposal through completion
- Support responses to business development opportunities and onboarding of new customers
- Participate in proposal and contract development
- Integrate customer requirements into New Glenn development and launch services
Minimum Qualifications:- B.S. in engineering or technical field
- 10+ years managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects
- 5+ years of experience in launch system or satellite operations
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to travel within U.S. and abroad
Preferred Qualifications:- Strategic thinker, experience translating strategy to execution
- Ability to influence and lead change within the organization
- Experience working with customer contracts
Compensation Range for:
CO applicants is $160,618.00 - $224,864.85WA applicants is $169,624.00 - $237,473.25
