INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS:

PWCS utilizes an eligibility pool model to fill specific school administrative vacancies when they occur. This posting provides an applicant pool for consideration into the PWCS administrative eligibility pool. The screening of applicants is ongoing. An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.

JOB SUMMARY:
This position provides administrative and instructional leadership within a generally autonomous middle school building for the maximum educational nurture of all children assigned in grades 6-8 and special education. This position coordinates all the services of all personnel connected with the school system. This position is responsible for maintaining the building and grounds in such a manner that is safe as well as conducive to the learning environment of the students. The position is responsible for coordinating the community activities directly connected with the school activities and those groups using the facilities. This position must also be able to implement the principles of school-based management by involving the staff and community in developing school objectives and by enabling the school to meet individual and School Board goals.

Grade 20: $135,998 - $220,455 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package
