Job Description

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for advanced manufacturing processes, production technologies, and industrialization strategies.
  • Lead the development and implementation of manufacturing systems for new product introductions (NPI) and product lifecycle improvements.
  • Define manufacturing standards, best practices, and technical roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to manufacturing engineers and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead root cause investigations and resolution of complex manufacturing issues affecting quality, cost, delivery, and safety.
  • Design, develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and throughput.
  • Conduct process capability studies, statistical analysis, and risk assessments to ensure robust manufacturing performance.
  • Evaluate and implement new equipment, tooling, fixtures, and production technologies.
  • Develop manufacturing plans, work instructions, process flows, and production documentation.
  • Collaborate with Quality Engineering to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Support Supply Chain and Procurement in supplier qualification, process capability assessments, and manufacturing readiness reviews.
  • Participate in program reviews, design reviews, and strategic planning activities.
  • Support manufacturing readiness assessments and production ramp-up activities.
  • Develop long-term manufacturing strategies that align with business objectives.
