Job DescriptionProvidence is calling for Principal Labor Relations Consultant - Full time, Day, OnsiteThe Principal LRC will also partner with field HR and the assigned attorney to provide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance on contract negotiations, contract administration and strike planning to include serving as a strategic thought partner on for local HR and core leaders on business initiative implementation in highly complex labor environments.
Required Qualifications: - 8 years progressively responsible exempt-level HR experience serving as an HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, Labor Relations Consultant, or other related experience.
- Consulting experience.
- Multi-site/location, multi-line of business, and/or integrated health system experience.
- Demonstrates advanced experience in labor relations.
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- SPHR, PHR certificate upon hire.
