The Work:

Leads the enhancement pipeline from intake through design, build, peer review, regression, and approved deployment. Owns technical design standards and code quality across the Oracle EBS technical stack. Performs code and configuration reviews using JDeveloper Studio, Eclipse, IntelliJ, or VS Code, and enforces release quality gates. Applies Fusion extensibility standards and guides the transition from traditional RICEFW components to OIC, VBCS, and APEX solutions. Determines retire-or-rebuild dispositions for the customization inventory.
