Overall Purpose
Supports and aligns HR initiatives with business objectives to optimize workforce performance, enable organizational growth, and promote an effective work environment. This role serves as a trusted adviser to HR leadership, helping ensure the HR organization has the structure, talent, capabilities, and operating practices needed to support the enterprise effectively.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Strategic Partnership: Collaborates with senior leaders to develop HR strategies that support business objectives. Designs and implements programs, such as our Market-Based Behaviors that improve organizational effectiveness.
Compliance and Risk Management: Helps ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws. Identifies and mitigates risks related to workforce management.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzes HR metrics and workforce trends to support informed decision-making and process improvement. Provides senior management with regular reports on HR activities, outcomes, and recommendations.
Additional Responsibilities: Supports activities related to client partnership, organizational change, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, morale, and retention. Performs other duties as assigned.

Serves as a subject-matter expert, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight into emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and deliver organizational results. Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs and implements innovative business strategies. Operates with minimal oversight, regularly advises senior leaders, and influences executive-level decisions. Mentors colleagues and provides guidance on complex or challenging issues.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position does not have direct reports.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.
7+ years of relevant experience.
Professional certification may be required depending on the functional area.
