Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop state-of-the-art Network Visibility hardware products while contributing to the next generation of product development.
  • Create and maintain schematics and coordinate PCB layout resources.
  • Support product sustaining activities and implement design changes to improve manufacturing yields.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Mechanical, RTL, Software, and Manufacturing, throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Participate in hardware development activities from initial concept through production.
  • Troubleshoot complex hardware issues, perform detailed lab measurements, and implement effective solutions.
  • Support EMC compliance testing and resolve non-compliance issues.


Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5-7 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in end-to-end product development, from concept to production.
  • Strong knowledge of high-speed signal integrity concepts and design practices.
  • Experience with PCB Layout and high-speed networking technologies.
